La Leche League of Comanche County
Leaders & Contact
La Leche League of Comanche County exists to serve breastfeeding mothers in Lawton and the surrounding communities. Come meet other parents in the area when you drop in for one of our free breastfeeding gatherings and get information provided by accredited La Leche League Leaders. Available to pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, their partners and children. Come and go as needed! Here are the meeting times and locations:
Meetings offer mother-to-mother support for breastfeeding families and cover a variety of issues, including surviving the early postpartum weeks, managing milk supply, and coping with latch issues, yeast infections (thrush), mastitis, tongue tie/lip tie, and working and breastfeeding, and much more.
Leaders are trained and accredited by La Leche League International and provide individual support to help mothers overcome many of the early challenges of breastfeeding as well as those that may arise later on the breastfeeding journey.
