​La Leche League of Oklahoma City meets twice a month, in person and online, so you can find a time that actually works for your family. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, whether you're nursing, pumping, or still figuring out what feeding looks like for you — you're welcome here. All meetings are free, and kids are always part of the picture - bring them along!


One of our Leaders, Mirta, supports families in both Spanish and English, at meetings and by phone or text. If Spanish is your preferred language, or you or someone you know is more comfortable getting breastfeeding support in Spanish than English, please reach out to her directly — she'd love to help.
